About the Society of Independent International Trade & Customs Experts (SIITACE)

The Society of Independent International Trade and Customs experts (SIITACE) represents the interests of Independent International Trade specialists. The society is dedicated to the development of ‘best practice’ within the private sector business support services.

Their stated aim is to influence the direction of international trade support through the private sector, and to offer constructive advice and guidance to Government and the public sector. With the collective specialist knowledge and experience of their membership, SIITACE is ideally placed to help to provide objective help and advice to the International trade community.

The SIITACE directors and members have many years of active experience of global trade. Their membership covers all aspects of overseas trade including business support, sales and marketing, customs, tax & vat, and logistics. As a non-public sector organisation, they are not motivated to achieve targets. Consequently, they have the freedom to offer impartial support and advice to their members and the wider international trade sectors.

SIITACE members have access to the knowledge and experience of fellow members from all areas of the international trade spectrum. We are here to help and support each other.

Benefits of membership include:

  • Support of like-minded professionals
  • Access to our knowledge bank of resources
  • Opportunity to contribute to debate and discussion on how we can work together to improve provision of international trade advice within the private sector.
